Azerbaijan Cooperation University in accordance with the “Admission plans of higher education institutions, scientific institutions and organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the year 2023 for doctoral and dissertation training” approved by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 261s dated March 10, 2023 announces admission to doctoral studies and dissertation studies in the following specialties for the Doctor of Philosophy and Doctor of Sciences programs.

Document acceptance for doctoral studies will be carried out electronically through the “Education Centralized Information System” (TCIS). Those who wish to submit a document to the doctoral program should enter the portal.edu.az website of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and register by choosing the “Student admission and registration of higher and secondary educational institutions” service. Registration through the portal will begin on April 5 of this year. Document acceptance will continue until May 5, 2023. The foreign language exam for candidates for the doctorate of philosophy will be held at the State Examination Center. Candidates should learn the date of the exam at the State Examination Center.

Those who have passed the foreign language exam will take the exams in the “Specialization” and “Philosophy” subjects at the universities of their choice.
Candidates for the doctorate of sciences will be admitted to the university of their choice through competition.
