Trainings on “Soft Skills”, “Career Planning” and “Hard Skills” were organized for the academic staff of Azerbaijan Cooperation University. The trainings were held by Lala Bashirli, co-founder of Teachers club, career and personal development mentor and Soft Skills trainer and lasted 2 days. Topics for these new subjects that will be taught in the trainings were announced, and questions of interest to teachers were answered.
