TKTA will carry out the certification of tutors at Azerbaijan Cooperation University
A cooperation agreement on the provision of training services was signed between the Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and the Azerbaijan Cooperation University.
According to the mentioned contract, the training and methodology department of the Quality Assurance Department of TKTA plans to involve the tutors working in AKU for training. The main purpose of the trainings is to support the internal quality assurance of AKU, as well as to increase the knowledge and skills of academic advisors. The trainings provide extensive information on the duties and responsibilities of tutors in student-oriented education based on international experience and standards, and assess the knowledge and skills of academic advisors. Participants who successfully pass the assessment will be awarded with appropriate certificates.
It should be noted that organizing trainings in the direction of internal and external quality assurance is one of the activities of TKTA according to its Charter.
