Fazil Hashim oghlu Abbasov – head of the chair of Business Organization, State and Municipal Management of Azerbaijan Cooperation University, candidate of economic sciences, professor

Abbasov Fazil Hashim oglu was born on November 7, 1944 in the village of Ashaghi Seyidahmadli, Fizuli region. In 1962, he entered the Department of Mathematics and Physics of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical Institute named after V. I. Lenin. In 1963-1966, he served in the ranks of the Soviet army, and in 1970 he graduated from the API named after V.I. Lelin. In 1985, he entered the second course of the Economics Faculty of the Ganja Agricultural Academy, and in 1989 he graduated from the Agricultural Economics and Organization of the same academy.

In the 1970-1971 academic year, he worked as a teacher in the eight-year school of Aşağı Kurdmahmudlu village of Fizuli region, in the 1971-1976 academic years in the Yukhari Seyidahmedli village secondary school of Fizuli district, and in the years 1976-1979 in the Aşaghi Seyidahmudli village secondary school. From August 1979 to June 1981, in the capacity of the responsible secretary of the Fizuli district organization of the Republican Society of Knowledge, from June 1981 to October 1991, the secretary of the free party committee at the state farm named after Engels of Fizuli district, 1991 From October 1992 to April 1992, he was an economist at the 18-October state farm, from April 1992 to November 1992, he was the chairman of the Standing Planning and Budget Commission of the Fizuli District Council, in the organizational positions, from November 1992, Until February 1993, he worked as the head of the agricultural department in the Fizuli District Executive Office, and from February 1993 to May 1993, he worked as a chief economist in the socio-economic development department of the District Executive Office. From May 1993 to October 1995, he was the director of the 18th of October state farm, from October 1995 to September 2001, a researcher, senior researcher, leader at the Azerbaijan Scientific-Research Agricultural Economics and Organization Institute and worked as a scientific worker, department head. In 1989, he graduated from the economics department of the Ganja Agricultural Academy.

F.H. Abbasov was elected 3 times as a deputy of the village council and 1 time of the district council. He was a member of the Presidium of the Control and Inspection Commission of the Communist Party. He was a candidate for the position of deputy to the National Assembly of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He was a member of the Plenum of the Fuzuli district organization of the Communist Party of Azerbaijan. On November 24, 2000, he defended his dissertation on the directions of improving the organization of the sale of rural products in the conditions of market relations, on May 4, 2001. He received the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of Azerbaijan. In the 2001-2002 academic year, he was the head of the department at the Baku branch of the Academy of Labor and Social Relations in Moscow, Russian Federation, and at the same time, he was the head teacher of 0.5 full-time units at the Cooperation University, and since September 2002, he has been organizing business at the Azerbaijan Cooperation University. He works as the head of the Department of State and Municipal Administration, candidate of economic sciences, professor. He is the author of 60 scientific articles and 38 educational programs and methodical instructions of 1 monograph in the volume of nine printed pages. He was an official opponent in 5 candidacy works and gave feedback on 28 subject programs for 25 candidacy works. In connection with the results of the winter exam session of the 2013-2014 academic year, the best chair head was selected by the decision of the meeting protocol No. 6 of the Scientific Council of Azerbaijan Cooperation University dated March 5, 2014. According to the results of the 2015-2016 academic year, the best chair head of the year was selected by the decision of the meeting protocol No. 8 of the Scientific Council of Azerbaijan Cooperation University dated July 18, 2016.
